Vijayam Yoga offers yoga classes for all. Every- body, ability, experience and age. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.

Currently offering traditional Hatha / Slow Flow land based yoga classes and SUP Yoga classes in and around St Helens and North West England.

Why Yoga?

My aim is to bring the numerous physical and mental health benefits of yoga to as many people in the local area, as possible.

Just a few benefits of a regular yoga practice are:  helps to ease pain, improves strength, balance and flexibility, helps to manage stress, develop breath awareness/control and promotes self care.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is yoga practiced on a Stand Up Paddleboard. This style of yoga is slower and steadier to allow for the extra challenges of taking your yoga practice out on to the water. Benefits of SUP yoga are the same as a traditional land based yoga class, along with the added bonus of being closer to nature and developing a sense of “blue mind” calm - the feeling of peace that we find when we are on, in or around water. The physical benefits range from enhanced core strength, balance and the full body work out that Stand Up Paddleboarding provides.
