Wednesday Morning class: 9.30- 10.45am at Taylor Park Centre, Taylor Park, Grosvenor Road, St Helens, WA10 3HX. Drop in welcome or contact to book a space. £7 per class
Wednesday Evening class: 7-8pm, The Gate Lodge, Victoria Park, Rutland Street / North Road entrance, St Helens, WA10 2BW (booking essential for this class as spaces limited - please get in touch to book). £7 per class
Friday Evening class: 7 - 8pm, United Reform Church Hall, Derwent Road, Haresfinch, St Helens, WA11 9AT. Drop in welcome or contact to book a space. £7 per class.
**First class with me is FREE for all new students**. Come and give yoga a try with nothing to lose.
My aim is to bring the many physical and mental health benefits of yoga to as many people in the local area, as possible.
Just a few benefits of a regular yoga practice are: helps to ease pain, prevent injury, improves strength, balance and flexibility, helps to manage stress, develop breath awareness/control and promotes self care.
